How tip-controlled toys work

A Lovense device pairs over Bluetooth to the performer's computer, and their broadcasting software watches the tip feed. When a tip arrives, the software converts the amount into a vibration pattern and sends it to the toy. Nothing happens manually in between, which is why the reaction looks instant.

Most rooms use thresholds rather than a smooth scale: a small tip triggers a short pulse, a larger one a longer or stronger response. The bands are chosen by the performer and are almost always posted in the tip menu below the stream.

Which devices you will see here

The Hush is the most common on this side of the platform. It is a remote-controlled plug designed to stay in place through a long broadcast, which suits cam work better than a handheld device.

The Edge is an adjustable prostate massager and appears in rooms running longer, more structured sessions. The Gush is a handsfree sleeve, used where the interaction is meant to be visible on camera rather than internal.

You need nothing on your side. The device sits with the performer; your side is the tip button.

Reading a tip menu

Menu lines naming levels, patterns, waves or pulses map to toy settings rather than physical actions. Lines naming a duration mean the toy runs at that setting for a set time.

Many rooms also run a goal, where tips accumulate toward a total and the toy behaviour changes once it is reached. The counter is normally in the room title or a bar under the stream.
