A VPN gets around it. Someone actively looking for you, who already knows you broadcast, will find a way. Geoblocking protects against being recognised by chance by someone scrolling past, not against targeted searching.
It also does not prevent recording. Recordings happen regardless of platform rules and end up on sites you have no control over. Assume anything you broadcast persists somewhere.
So treat it as one layer rather than the solution. Combine it with a name unconnected to any other account you hold, nothing identifiable in frame, and restraint about personal details in chat.
Use a broadcasting name you use nowhere else and that cannot be linked back to your email address or social accounts through a search.
